Compress PDF Pro is a free web-based tool that allows users to compress PDF files to reduce their file size. The service operates entirely in the user's browser without uploading files to our servers.

  • No registration or account required
  • 100% client-side processing
  • No watermarks added to output files

3. User Responsibilities

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMBINE PDF PRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6.4 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Compress PDF Pro and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

  • Your use and access of the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
